Could not find /usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs

When making tomat to work with apache2 throught mod_jk, get the following error:

could not find /usr/local/apache/bin/apxs
configure: error: You must specify a valid --with-apxs path

To fix this, compile apache2 with --enable-module=so
